Major Harris

Major Harris (1947–2022) was an American R&B and soul singer, best known for his work in the 1970s. Born in Petersburg, Virginia, he gained prominence as a member of the influential doo-wop group The Charmels before joining the legendary Philadelphia soul group The Delphonics. However, Harris is perhaps best remembered for his solo career.
